Q. What is your refund/exchange policy?

A. NO REFUNDS. If there is an issue with your order, feel free to email. If it is an error on Iye Tasti Cosmetics part, we will be sure to correct it! NO EXCHANGES! 

 Q. My order says it is in transit. Where is it?

A. Once your packaged has been shipped out, it is no longer in our possession! Please direct tracking questions to USPS who is in possession of your package. We see the same tracking information that our customers see. We do not work with USPS.

 

Q. I received my order and my box was damaged what do I do?

A. All priority packages come with insurance. You can call the post office and file a claim to get your money back. We are not responsible for the post office man handling our packages.  Q. My order says it’s being returned back to you..what does that mean/what do I do?

A. If for any reason your order is shipped back to us, we will refund the item! NOT SHIPPING! Shipping has already been paid for when we print out the label! This includes if YOU accidentally put the wrong address or was not home to receive the package !!!

 

Q. Do you offer samples?

A. No. If you want you test out lashes you can purchase lashes at regular price and then after you receive them, do your wholesale order. THIS ALSO APPLIES FOR LASH GLUE! If you would like to purchase lash glue wholesale and want to “test it out” first, you are welcome to purchase one at regular price. After you receive it, you can purchase wholesale if you are satisfied!

 

Q. When do you restock lashes?

A. EVERY WEEK

A. It Depends on the item, all updates are posted on my business instagram, @iyetasti

 

Q. What is your order processing times? 

A. 2-3 BUSINESS DAYS!  This excludes weekends and major holidays! If you order during a major sale, it make take more than 2-3 days for your order to process!  We are also still in a pandemic! Please be patient on receiving your order!

Q. Who do you ship with?

A. The Post Office, USPS. my packages deliver with your mail delivery.

 

Q. Why is the shipping cost high?

A. My website rates for wholesale items are the USPS rates. I don’t create the shipping rates, they do based on the weight.

  

Q. Do you ship outside of the US?

A. Yes we ship everywhere!

 

Q. Where are you located?

A. Dallas, Texas

 

Q. Do you do meet ups/ pickups?

A. NO, Everything is done online! If you live in the Dallas area your shipping should only take 1 day if it is priority. 

 

Q. Are you looking for promoters or brand ambassador?

A. NO

 

Q. How much does it cost to make you my vendor?

A. FREE, you just order from my site like any other site

 

Q. How do I select my wholesale lash styles?

A. Please read the wholesale description boxes.

 

Q. I ordered lashes and some are not the same why is that ? 

A. All our lashes are handmade by different people. They will not look 100 % identical.
